Welcome to Go Damn. These Terms of Service apply when you use godamn.in or buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About us

godamn.in is run by Go Damn, a beauty brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Using our website

  • You must be 18 or older, or shop with a parent or guardian's permission.
  • Please give correct and complete details when you order.
  • Keep your account login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Don't misuse the site, for example by hacking, copying content, or placing fake orders.

3. Products

We try to show our products, shades and details as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Always read the ingredients before use and patch test if you have sensitive skin. Our products are cosmetics and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is successful or a COD order is accepted. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address can't be serviced, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

6. Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and conditions. They can't be exchanged for cash and usually can't be combined unless stated.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Reviews and content you share

When you post reviews, photos or tag us on social media, you allow Go Damn to use that content on our website and social channels. Please keep it honest and respectful.

9. Our content

The Go Damn name, logo, product names (such as Damn Juicy Lip Oil), photos, designs and text on this site belong to Go Damn. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Go Damn is not responsible for indirect losses from using our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
